I have pursued a number of creative endeavors over the years, but none have been more fulfilling than learning and practicing Energy Work and Massage. I completed the Holistic Massage program at Spatech Institute (formerly) in Ipswich back in April 2021 and have been licensed and practicing full time ever since. 
My approach to massage stems from the belief that we all possess the innate potential to heal and be healed. I focus on utilizing relaxing, therapeutic techniques to keep the body in it's parasympathetic (or relaxed) state and as far away from the sympathetic (fight or flight) state as possible.
